 1. Order Processing

Our processing procedure takes 2 business days upon order confirmation. We know you want it now. We always try to shorten the time and we really do. It is hard decision to state a conservative estimation as we don't want to make empty promise to you.

 

2. Dispatch

Upon order confirmation, product stock will be arranged and dispatched within 2 business days.

 

3. Tracking Number

Tracking number will be given when order is ready to be dispatched and collected by Shipping company. You can enter your tracking number to check your latest shippment status with waybill tracing service from shipping company.

 

4. Delivering

Delivering will be handled by third-party shipping company. It is wise to leave your contact number when expecting a shippment. 

 

Scenario 1 (order before 3pm)

If your order is made on Monday before 3pm, it is considered to be processed on Monday and shall be dispatched by Wednesday.

Scenario 2 (orders after 3pm)

If your order is made on Monday after 3pm, it is considered to be processed on Tuesday and shall be dispatched by Thursday.

Scenario 3 (orders on non-business day)

If your order is made on non-business day, it will be processed in the next business day.

To ensure that you receive your new phone as quickly and safely as possible, 28mobile uses a range of delivery options. Delivery times for all options are detailed below. 

Please note that in order to ensure that all details on your order are correct, orders may not be processed until we are able to verify the order and card holder details. This may occur by phone so please record a number on your order that you are available on during business hours to ensure timely delivery.

 

Standard 48hours Dispatch Delivery

• Normal orders will be dispatched to FedEx/DHL/Toll within 48hours.
• Shipping usually between 2 to 7 days depending on remoteness.

 

Express 28hours Dispatch Delivery

• With express dispatch option, we can priorize order dispatch within 28 hours.
• Orders will be dispatched to FedEx/DHL/Toll within 28hours, generally arrives 1 day sooner.
• Shipping usually between 1 to 5 days depending on remoteness.

 

Dispatch Guarrantee 

To ensure quality service, the abovementioned options will be covered by our dispatch guarrantee. The dispatch guarrantee is our promise of prompt service to you. A refund of shipping fee will be issued if we cannot dispatch by the scheduled date. 

 

Order Tracking

No matter where the phone is sourced, 28mobile makes all attempts to keep you regularly informed of when you can expect delivery.

For all instances (except Regular Post) you will be provided with a tracking number and a link to the courier’s website will be provided. This is emailed to you through our fulfilment system, normally on the evening of the day of shipment for metro areas and the following morning for regional or orders received late in the day.

We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.

Shipping Rates Internationally 

• Standard 48hours dispatch attract a $150HKD delivery charge.
• Insured Standard 48hours dispatch attract a $190HKD delivery charge.

• Express 28hours dispatch attract a $290HKD delivery charge.
• Insured Express 28hours dispatch attract a $330HKD delivery charge.

If we have any issues with any of your items being out of stock we will contact you within 48 hours of you placing your order and work out an alternative solution for you. You will not be charged for any goods that are not in stock.
