lead a team of administration staff to provide full range of administrative duties including policy and procedure formulation, house keeping and maintenance, renovation and relocation, office automation and filling systems, security and safety, etc.
- Form 5 or above with over 5 years' all-round office administration experience in sizable organizations.
- strong sense of responsibility, hands-on and committed to deliver quality results
- willing to work beyond office hours and on holidays to meet tight deadlines of office renovation and relocation projects
- organized, able to handle multi-tasks and prioritize works under tight schedules
- excellent communication, interpersonal and supervisory skills
- High proficiency in written English and Chinese is essential in formulating and reviewing office manuals, safety rules, central and vital document filing systems, Japanese is a plus.
- hands-on knowledge in Excel is preferred
